Mystery Shopping is a discreet shopping method by means of which we gather the information that is pre-determined by the client. Information may be gathered around the products, services, and policies adhered to by the brand.

A Mystery Shopper/Evaluator is a field agent masked as a customer help the brand evaluate their policies, SOPs, and several other important decisions to proceed with the business using calls, clicks or visits.

Yes! Before an assignment is confirmed to you, you will be given a brief introduction and also go through the training nodes of the assignment. The training is not complex and can be inherited by the common consumer.

Once you are registered with us, you will receive opportunities in your mail inbox. Also, if we have a location-specific assignment, our coordinators will get in touch with you directly via mail/call.

Your earnings will depend on how many assignments you have undertaken in a month. Each assignment has a different payout depending upon the scope, the complexity of the project, and the time consumed.

If a purchase is required, Yes. But, in most cases, a reimbursement of the product purchase is made. For example, if you are required to eat at a restaurant, you might not be paid for your time but would likely be reimbursed for the cost of your meal. Some retail stores include a small purchase allowance but expect only a small percentage.
